A person possessed of a "philia" (i.e. obsessive love) is a -phile (e.g. bibliophile, blogophile, Russophile); possessed of a "phobia" (i.e. obsessive fear) is a -phobe (e.g. acrophobe, claustrophobe, Russophobe); and suffering from a "mania" (i.e. uncontrolable obsession) is a -maniac (e.g. kleptomaniac, blogomaniac, dipsomaniac). The adjective describing these conditions is -philic (e.g. bibliophilic, blogophilic, Russophilic); -phobic (e.g. acrophobic, claustrophobic, Russophobic); and -manic (e.g. kleptomanic, blogomanic, dipsomanic). You may convert the adjectives into adverbs by simply adding -ly.
